Lynn Donaghey Clapper named Christ the King Medalist

About Lynn Clapper

Lynn Donaghey Clapper graduated from St. Ignatius Catholic School, Bishop Toolen Catholic School for Girls, and Auburn University. Lynn married Bob Clapper in 1976, and their three children, Bradley, Benjamin, and Nicholas graduated from St. Ignatius and McGill-Toolen Catholic High School. Five of Lynn and Bob’s eleven grandchildren currently attend St. Ignatius School, and their oldest grandchild will be a freshman at McGill-Toolen Catholic in August, 2022. Since 2005, Lynn has served as a capital fundraising volunteer at McGill-Toolen Catholic and St. Ignatius Parish where she has helped Fr. Shields implement the master plans Scientia Pro Amore Dei…Knowledge for the Love of God, and Building Something Beautiful for God. Lynn is a past facilitator of Daughters of Mary, and serves on the McGill- Toolen Catholic High School Foundation Board and the Spring Hill College Board of Trustees. Lynn is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Bradley Donaghey.
