Adult Education

Throughout the year St. Ignatius has different adult education opportunities some of them include:

The Great Adventure Bible Timeline: A narrative walk through salvation history.  This study goes through the 14 narrative books of the Bible teaching those involved the big picture.  It also will teach you how we are to read scripture by not losing the story.  These studies meet in multiple small groups during the week.

Theology on Tap:  A chance to meet with your fellow friends and parishioners off Church grounds, have a drink and learn more about the Catholic faith.

Marriage, a path to Holiness: A series designed for married couples to understand the love of God in their marriage.

CCD Catechist

CCD is the process by which our parish children who do not attend parochial school are brought into full participation in the Catholic Church.  Catechists prepare the children to receive the sacraments and strengthen their knowledge of God.  Weekly classes are held on Sundays from 5:00 to 6:15 p.m.

Vacation Bible School

For one week each summer Vacation Bible School helps children to understand their faith in a fun-filled atmosphere.  This popular event requires a small army of volunteers to teach Bible lessons, direct skits, and oversee art projects, along with a host of other tasks.  Technical help is also needed for our digital slide show at the end of the week.
